Thank you for your interest in using our ArtSkills Wood Burning Kit! This art kit included everything you need to start creating beautiful wood-burning art. Purchase the wood plaques at the circulation desk for 50 cents a piece or bring your own. Add your own designs or use the 5 traceable designs and transfer paper. Once you finished with the wood burner pen, you can add a splash of color to your with the watercolor paint set and paint brushes provided.
This tutorial will teach you how to prepare for Wood Burning Kit only. There is a separate tutorial for the sewing machine. You do not need to be certified to use this machine but you must still take the MakerSpace Training and Safety and sign the Waiver of Liability and the User Agreement form before using the MakerSpace.
